Yes I think they are picking up the cheap seats at $0.0676 ... They may be buying all they can at $0.07 and below and may offer a premium at $0.083 per share for the company !!!

Now this is interesting. Would anyone venture a realistic guess as to what a takeover offer would be. One would think, considering the patents that eltp now has, it would be much higher that the present market cap.
