What's your explanation for this?

They once said that they had completed phase two and were starting phase three (which was going to be production of the water heater)

Great, any idea what temp changes and flows we can expect from the unit being run at Intertek? You think it(the 4 chamber MCMHU) will be capable of heating water for an average shower?

as far as the heat engine and the water heater... they are practically the same thing it is just a new term for possible sale or licensing

What changed? Shouldn't WDRP have expected this when they made the statements(several times) to release this information? Did it first occur to them this might happen when it came time to release numbers and a video?

in house numbers well according to the ridicule here those numbers would have just caused a big mess. the video the same thing everyone would cry that it is fake.

Not doing something promised due to fear of how it would be received is only indicating that there is a belief that it would not deserve to be well received.
There is a huge difference between a water heater for the home consumer market that will attain a 30% efficiency improvement over anything out there on the market, and a heat engine that might find some nitch markets in which its specifications make it an ideal technology to use for the purpose. Enormous difference.
