Last effort. My reconstruction of the facts.

On 4 April Tom said we were probably going to have this EM modulator prototype with our material ready beginning May.. This was said based on the known facts at that time.Later it was found there was some incompatibility between the material and the modulator ( active versus passive). A new solution had to be found and was found and this was communicated last friday.
If you look at their most recent 10Q it also said we had multiple paths. They were going with the one that works best for them. That's what you expect from good management ? NO?

I think they handled this little crisis situation very well. something unexpected came up , they solved it and communicated the solution. In fact the last PR had more interesting hints with a reference to the presentation from Tom in NY. ( the transceiver)
