IMO, MSX/JL are waiting for the courts to finish and for the final curtain to fall on Barrick. Last year when they tried to open up the can of worms their News Releases had to be retracted and they were halted becasue of it. There is no point because the BCSC will not take to kindly to them. So therefore it would seem that the best policy is let everyone else do the dirty work. With all of the latest news from Barbara Salinas and now the Class Action Lawsuit things should really heat up now. Lets just wait and see where the chips will fall
After reviewing stockhouse comments from Davis, I'd say he has a different point view as of late, some good valid points supporting MSX.
I would also like him to weigh in here, get some ballance with Cattheif, Silverbells and Yourkiningright - I thought these guys were S. Davis, but I may have clearly miss judged them.
