"Blank check" is not a stretch at all! They have the option to grant themselves shares at one cent and that's pretty much a blank check. On top of that, it adds to the ongoing dilution.
There are various reasons why I'm holding on to this and you telling me to sell because I disagree with the options is simply wrong.
