"Blank check" is a bit of a stretch, longtime. If you don't trust management to use these options as an incentive for key employees, I suggest you sell your shares. We all (or at least I will) will be watching how these shares are used if the 2005 plan is approved and if/when issued, what the option strike price(es) are. YJ.
