Oh Gump! The total that the TF is keeping track of is all the certs that they have accounted for. The number on their web site is the total number that they have. It is not being added to the figures from the TA. Witness the certs that were being faxed in the first day they announced the fax number. No one with shares in street name had yet converted to certs. You are trying too hard to come up with a larger number than really exists. We do know that in April UC and his family held 12 billion shares. Do you really think they were buying more at that point?
The TF is only concerned with what is faxed in to them. Why, I don't know. Just another of the many dumb things surrounding this company.
Well, gump, unless Urbie and the insiders illegally bought back a skit load of shares since the last TA report, the answer is that they own virtually none.
