I sent several emails to the attorney who did respond back during the litigation. He was a good contact that I no longer have but I bet I could get it again. I'm not sure what he will know post trial but ill see what I can find. Ill check into the Secretary of State too

Ok, I sent Edward McCutcheon an email. He was the senior trial counsel on the plantif's side from SEC. He responded to me twice before during the litigation, so hopefully he is still working their and may have some information on the outcome. I will share any response I get.
