1) I don't see where there were any filings for ATNP this year? 2) The outcome of the case was reported a couple of years ago - he had to resign as an offier, pay a fine - I hink it was close to $500,000 etc. Last tracker was he was working in silicon valley for a web company - consulting I believe.
What is the latest with ATNP - is there hope someone will buy the shell?
