Just wondering where did that 140 million figure come from?? And only asking why did you ad 6 million to the restricted. Usually as time goes by the restricted gets smaller and the true float gets larger . And who got those 6 million restricted?

Now lets get this started You said you figures show 146 million shares restricted RIGHT?? I guess you mean since the vote lets say Dec 1. Now with these new figures the restricted is 75 million shares That would mean 71 million new shares have come into play since Dec 1 Who was the owner of them???
You know that Shares Outstanding take away the float = restricted or unregistered
