OM3, I was using the 3rd quarter numbers that were posted in the Q, which if I remember right were 294M outstanding. I will have to put some pencil to paper and see where we are now. These figures change a lot of things including the writedown from 337M to 294,650,743M OS. Let's both try to get on the same page on this. I will get back to you on this, asap! Thanks MW. SS1
