OM3, 146M restricted is a number that I have been using since and from the vote. Although I did add 6M from 140M to it. MW I think we do need an updated figure that is more accurate.

OM3, I have 53.17M in the working float. I don't believe anything is being diluted but we do have a big player on the playground selling inside the rules.
