I'm a bit confused here. On April 25th Treaty had not made it knwn to the public, but in another previous post it's stated that they agreement was made back in 2011, for all Texas Leases. The facts seem a bit contradicting to me.

On April 25th Treaty had not yet told the public what the terms were for the Mitchell lease. It was not until May 13th. That we were told publicly what the terms were. Remember Treaty's story kept changing?

No mention of West Texas, Mitchell, U S Fuels. This could be one of many leases that Treaty has in .... TEXAS ... And FUNNY, what is posted dates back to 2011. And the PR for the Mitchell was in many months into 2013. 2 years later. Hmmmmm. It is known that for every lease a new contract, or agreement if you will must be generated. Leases are like apples and oranges. lol

I am pretty sure that the people that hold that interest in Treaty's lease don't and won't see it that way.
