Oh come on now. It's really very simple. Treaty had not yet told the public what the terms for drilling the wells on the Mitchell well were until May 13th. The other agreement was for the sale of interest to investors for a % all of all current and future Texas leases. That would include a % of the two new Mitchell wells as they are on a Texas lease that Treaty holds a 100% WI in and 77% NRI.
