Exactly. The only thing you can base your decision on is the plan, the integrity of the planner, and his ability to execute.

We know he has the plan and the ability. I will depend on his integrity until proven otherwise. It is a pennystock, so I know my odds are bad. I do sure like the way he pulled back stock issued to previous managers. Maybe a glimpse of integrity?
