In that case, no. Not usually. Most of the time it is done by penny stock scams who then issue more shares to raise money for a pipe dream, and then keep raising money and pitching pipe dreams.

I think this company actually owns some hotels. It's not one of those Johnny come lately miracle high tech Dog and Pony shows.
