Actually it is really a good idea for operations here in the States--nice option and I betcha Dan will read this and add it to the list of BiB options in the future. I get really paranoid about troop safety. My boss and I were talking yesterday about using GTC products to help developing world armies do command and control. Put a tracker and a sat phone with each platoon of undertrained teenagers in the bush and you could really improve command and control. A web based platform is just too hackable, however, when lives are at stake. So my paranoia was fresh! Warmest regards, IJO
