Both KATX & BVIG are DEAD, Ken pumped and dumped KATX then tried to setup BVIG to repeat the process & pump that one, but this time he was caught with misleading SEC filings. The volume and lack of interest says it all.
They should sell Katx off and use the $ to fund bvig and their Ghana property. This way the new spin off stock could run. Katx has all its assets taken out. It's dead in my opinion.
