FWIW, that's pretty much the way I see it, too. Nobody's going to finance this mess. At this point it's just a couple of shells, not worth anything more than that. To his credit, Kennay did not (as far as we know) issue a bunch of CDs. So the shells are pretty much clean, other than what it's going to cost to keep the Ghanians happy, and they're hard to please, demanding substantial cash in exchange for a license. Probably best to just write off the whole thing and start with a couple of clean shells. That's how I see it, anyway. It's "game over" for Kennay and the gang.
Poor Timmay. Kennay will think of another scam, but what's a guy like Timmay going to do? Get a job?
