I was just emailing with Brick and I think he figured it out. The 136M is not additional money. They get 136M before anyone else becuase thats what they gave Talon plus interest. It's just like in the change of control when SD get a percent of the company. WP and DF get their money first and then SD gets a % of the remaining money.
