Soemtimes, CEO's get enticed by financers, only to realize they are in a toxic spiral.

the CEO, once gets the toxic financing, has really no control over it since if they dont convert, they default and pay higher interest, so they just convert.

he didnt turn a blind eye imo, just was taken by the 504 boys like almost every other penny stock hard for financing.
