IMHO... investors here are basically invested in a private company. I believe WP and DF are in at a weighted average of 0.5588 (preferred A-1, A-2 and A-3 at 0.73, 0.30 and 0.35). IMO...the PPS does not matter to WP or DF...the only thing that matters is the sales potential of Marqibo and Menadione as that will set the valuation of the assets of the company. If you have a PPS above WP and DF's average then beware, maybe consider averaging down and hope for the best.
Remember, WP and DF are guaranteed the first $86 million for liquidation or the first $136 Million for a change in control. Their risk is mitigated, individual investor's risk is not. Invest accordingly.
Personally, I believe this is heading south. I hope I am wrong but I will not be surprised if it hits 0.30.
