AB defense Modus Operandi: harass witnesses!
3 times in 5 years AB has had
charges brought against him.
4 of those times his attorney questioned
(harassed & intimidated)the female witnesses so that
they withdrew their testimony or dropped charges.
When sex is involved the defense
attorney can ask all types of
personal intimidating questions which most
women refuse to answer before
the world on a witness stand
with AB glaring at them. A young
17 or 18 year old doesn't want to
see on the Hub or elsewhere when
their name is Googled when they
are 24 and looking for a husband
to let their prospective husband
see what type of sex they experimented
with or were raped when they
were 17 or 18! Would you want the
future mother of your children plastered
all over the HUB for all to see?

You make a good point. A county jail would be better than a state prison, so it makes sense that he wants to milk it as long as possible..
