Tell that to the local DA who allows such people to be predators with relative impunity. Remember, it was the feds who arrested AEB after the State of Florida had him numerous times and did NOTHING. Only now they have to do something because of the FEDS.

It's no wonder nobody wanted to testify against AEB in Florida.

Our legal system has gone third world.
