Since its down 50% in 2 short weeks, coincidentally 4 days out of an FDA meeting, the price drop is too much to be any classic case of volume precedes price. That would be a huge accum. and coil, to spring up off of, which is how volume before price works. This has been just a huge volume dump to a half value level. If you look at the last 5 days though, of this volume, it looks more like its prepping for the Reverse Split, that no one wants, but no one can dispute, must happen for any real survival in BIEL, for much longer. And knowing this wont be avoided, why not use the last week before the meeting, regardless if it didnt get a run up into the meeting? Its what happens after the meeting date, is what would worry some, if they didnt dilute now. Of course they would want a run up to the meeting. But since its not happening, and theres no next "thing" to hang a hat on, after the meeting, high teens are better than low teens. That would take just that many more shares, for the same money. But would explain why, no run up, and a huge increase, even in BIEL standards, for dilution.
