Wrong, Not every company reports to the SEC. Guess you don't get that. Thousands of privately held and publicly traded company's don't report to the SEC. They still file taxes and report income though. That is why company's that don't report to the SEC still have to file quarterly reports to show income or loss to the Government. Your insistence on only using the report from Sept 2012, is out of date and obsured. The reports they are filing with the OTC are what they will be filing to the IRS, so to not consider them is none sense. The SEC is not the only Government agency that companies file quarterly and year end reports with, they are required by law to file these same reports with the IRS.
Your insistence of only referring to the Sept. 2012 is not a valid or legitimate escape from the fact that NTEK is starting to show some serious revenues.
