Guess you don't get that. Guess you didn't read my earlier post.

They do report to SEC. No, they don't.
NTEK stopped reporting to the SEC in June of last year. Here is a link -- see for yourself:

And not all companies "that don't report to the SEC still have to file quarterly reports." Sometimes they only file annual reports -- and sometimes the cheezier "companies" don't even do that!!
