Yes, not JUST that EITHER...the company CHOSE & filed
"to be relieved of filing" so they could reduce unnecessary
costs.


NTEK did this LONG ago, & they FILED (as in following the
rules)...& are OTC-CURRENT as a result....AND they save
MONEY,...


Critical & smart money-management for a company just emerging
from R&D, whose money, staff, & resources are better PUT TO
