Audited Financials costs I believe in the neighborhood of $150,000.00... Only MAKES SENSE for a Company just coming out of R&D to do this if the $$$$ is not readily available to support it. Not reason to go into more debt than you have to, 1.4Mm Debt just out of R&D doesn't actually sound very excessive to me.
