Yeah Newly, it is a scary scenario and we can only hope it doesn't come about...strange but I can remember having the cost of heating in Minnesota as having a big part in my decision to move southwest when I was in my early 20's, back in the 1970's! I know I probably couldn't afford the costs of heating if I was back in Minnesota now...tuna
