That would include the launch of 8 more drugs. Its preferred and warrants tied to drug submissions and approvals for those shares to many of those to come to light.

The market cap is probably closer to $50 million once you figure in future dilution.

Correct me if I'm wrong but dilution would effect the number of outstanding shares not market cap??
