The market cap is probably closer to $50 million once you figure in future dilution. Of coarse if they announce good news then that won't be overvalued, but if they don't announce good news it will be.
Most of the large cap generics trade at between two to three times sales. CFP is a good step but they will still lose money pursuing the abuse resistant stuff. If it pans out then the market will move this higher.
