good evening thg, still around, just busier living all this crap now a days than reading about it. but i preferr to just lay the truth down whenever its needed and then just let the chips fall where they may. the litigious way has too much drama in it for me.

but i have to say the shock value laying it down the first time is worth its weight in gold !!!

do not go pro se in their realm

go pro se using common law

if you are going to learn the system

it may as well be one that is on your side

albeit, you are on your own

because the legal profession's oath has sworn not to go there

or risk giving up their earned privilege

countering their contracts

with common law contracts

if they acknowledge your common law contract

it becomes public record

they would rather default than acknowledge

only the patient and persistent can survive
