would this company promote and pr the fact that they plan to sue people as a way of collecting revenue....

just makes no business sense...

stay quiet, do the behind the scenes hard sales/distribution work.... pr when you have an immediate sales producing contract... and if you have a legit gripe... do it behind the scenes... promote your company with sales of the actual prodcuct... not lawsuits...

geez... the pr dept sucks here
