So I looked Into this a bunch and it seems like for special dividends above 25% of share value, the x date is the day after the payable date...so if you hold this till June 6th you can safely collect the dividend. Since the share price held after the last dividend, seems like a pretty good sign the company is maintaining value while paying shareholders...
