#19223 RE: truetrue #19222

The concept of formally tracking accountability with particular regard to Bourque Industries is an exciting one! It might do much to alleviate shareholder concerns to be able to view an "official" list of what is being worked on (or is planned to be) with periodic updates as significant progress is made in resolving the issues.

I do not know what format would be best or most convenient to the people at Bourque, but perhaps a blog format would suffice with an index to outstanding issues (as pages or articles) and then new comments could be added by Bourque people on-the-fly under each issue's section or "category". Project management software might be another way to go, and might possibly provide a superior mechanism to the one mentioned above, but in the end it should be decided what is easiest for Bourque people to update and for shareholders to read.

What I do not know is how the line might be drawn in regards to posting about some of the more sensitive issues at the company that might not be appropriate for public posting (or at least at a given time). I suppose that would have to be a judgement call.

In the future, I do not see this mechanism as being as necessary, assuming all of Bourque's issues eventually get worked out. What with the company working on becoming fully reporting, the process should just naturally segue from the above issue tracking and reporting to what constitutes typical "full reporting" mode. However, for shareholder, customer, and general public interest, an ongoing blog is never really a bad idea anyway.
