It does not matter how much of how little NITE makes of the trades in SRGE...they are only matching orders. There is absolutely zero proof of ANY naked short position in SRGE. None. Zilch. Everything is speculation. However, it is NOT speculation that SRGE lied about a JV with Kinross, and,the SEC suspended them for it.
Until you can show actual proof, It's just a fantasy (ohhh ohhh OHHH), it's not the real thing.
