I'm sure they'll carry through with it just to "appear consistant" with their PR...
but I'm pretty sure there won't be much cash in it if at all.
Unless you honestly think that the homeland securitty division is worth $40 million, I don't see where they are gonna get that money.
Best bet is that you'll get shares in 995ad.com spinoff which we all know isn't worth anywhere near $40 million with its current design and clunkiness. Also, it's probably not going to be structured so that you can just take the divvy, sell all your shares for cash, and run.

Shhhh don't tell Patrick, but while the company can announce the X date, they'll have to wait for the SEC to make the divvy "effective" and for Naz to set the X date....and we'll know from the Daily List, same time buddy Pat will.
