USSC: thanks Mouton and Dew. Ok so it's not so close, but then again certification would seem like a real positive sign. Reading MNTA's brief, it seemed like there were very few issues so if they accept to review they must want to reverse (?). I just have a hard time understanding what a reversal would do for the marketplace. Would the best case injunction allow MNTA/Sandoz to get beyond the total value of the generic market?
