A car is worth less without tires, even though you can value it with the tires on. Without them, you have a lower value!

A company fundamentals can grow with out an opinion attorney letter that was stated yesterday will happen this quarter. Just an example, BRAV increased its revenue 250% without being current, the car comparison is moot.
