I understand that! But I personally would not buy a car without tires.
Being current is more about Follow through from DA. He said it and did not do it. Now he is saying it again! This is the problem I have. Not so much that the $2000 has not been spent, but just maybe, no one wanted to sign off on them.
It is just about following the rules and guidelines of where we trade.
I'd be less willing to drive a car that had a sign pasted on it that says it may not be safe to drive. Especially if the sign pasted on it came from the automobile association in which the car was registered:
