What you state is true, however they have not submitted a "properly documented late filling request". The previous post I submitted is the definition of their OTC no information designation now assigned to them. I am sure they are wearing it with a great deal of pride.BTW they have until today to submit payment to the State of Florida their annual report fees to retain their active status, lets see if they comply. If they do it will reflect that their is still a pulse.
