About 1000 OTCBB and PINKS were delisted and now are all combined under Over The Counter Markets.

In the past .PK's did not have reporting requirements.

OMPG still is required to report financials and material events (8-K).

Being late to file Q's is not a good thing, but properly documented late filing requests keeps them legal.

That seems to be the case with OPMG.
