And, yes, the difference btw undiluted and diluted should be nearly all employee options.
Here's more info that might help (we are about to receive updated info):
As of 12-31-2001 there were 10,564,000 options outstanding with a weighted average exercise price of $11.67.
About half of those options were granted in 2001 alone - due to hiring frenzy. I doubt that we will see 5,000,000 options granted in 2002.
These numbers include, of course, all employees, not just the 15 executive officers and directors.
