Beck, the company has been one LIE after another LIE. So it shouldn't have been a surprise to anyone that the patent claims were BOGUS. Unfortunately many of us got caught up in the LIES and it cost us. I personally want to see the company totally delisted and trading suspended for good. Then I can put this horror story out of my mind for good.
I bought into this scam after they lied about a distribution deal, set up a phony building with no equipment,phony accounting firm and a few other well documented lies. I filled out a SEC complaint form and wrote off the $4k I gambled . This is played out every week in penny stock land with the SEC being a day late and dollar short in every instance .
None of this changes the fact that someone in interested in buying over $25,000 worth of this company's stock. Something is indeed going on and someone knows something.
