Bogus claims that Pharmstar Has Completed All Patenting of AQUAPRIN

All claims of Pharmstar’s AQUAPRIN patent application no. 13158544 have been rejected twice by the US Patent Office. Final Rejection of AQUAPRIN patent application

Yet PHAR's website on the ‘investor information’ page continues to announce “Pharmstar Has Completed All Patenting of AQUAPRIN” - and has announced this since at least March 2012 based on Archive.org - and probably much earlier than that

Sounds to me like false information

If I bought PHAR shares believing patenting for AQUAPRIN was complete, I’d be plenty upset
