Janice, I have never seen a case where FINRA has fined a trading company, They are there to regulate the broker or agent and have a long history of fineing them for all kinds of shady things even the taping rule, do not belive they are a employee of the company, but do provide a service, that is regulated and monitered by FINRA. But without any news these longs or shorts have no idea weather they will lose there ass or win big.
