I am not sure if this is what you are referring to, but the Annual report also tells us that in January of 2013 Henry Jan and Robert Hipple transferred a big part of their debt from CFOS to Go Inc to Matriarch Management Inc which is a Nevada business entity set up by Henry Jan and Robert Hipple then split up among 6 anonymous parties (probably for conversion).
I heard for the longest time about henry Jan and Robert Hipple weren't involved anymore - the dream team was the shot callers. They now have more control than ever.
