Non filers have no registration or exemptions for resale for convertible debenture shares. So, that is when fraud comes in and suspensions or trading halts happen.

They have already dumped a great deal of their shares - from 03/11 when SKTO announced they had acquired medical Greens until 04/12 almost 1 billion shares were traded.

to dump shares they will need some strong promo this is clear , big volume needed to sell shares and not tank stock in one day

I will say .10s next week if CE remove and Financials submitted. Major news coming soon. SKTO may hit $1.00 sooner than we expected. They are working hard to get all the contracts from all over the US. Kevin is a popular well respected business man. We never know what he can bring to the table for us. We just have to hold on and wait for the KABOOOM,,,,,!!!!!!
