What you seem to keep missing is that BEFORE mike came on board certain things were agreed up - specifically on the funding side.
Then mike became CEO and after that he realized there were fabrications in the numbers that were given to him.
IMO
He was lured into NHSH and after he became the CEO he realized the fabrications that were told to him. So to protect his Mineseeker investors, which he has a fiduciary responsibility to, he rescinded the deal and left NHSH.
You have a good theory but sadly thats not what really happened
